Design
Print/Assembly
Once you have approved your sample and are ready to place an order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.  This deposit will be applied to your final balance.  I accept all forms of payment.  Since designs are customized, I encourage you to place your order 4-6 weeks in advance.  Rush orders can be accepted, if time permits, for an additional rush order fee  based on the complexity of the order.
The process begins with me getting to know you and your vision for your event.  I will work with you via phone, email, in person, or all three, to discuss the type of event, the colors, the style as well as other details.  I can also provide you with a paper swatch to match against your color(s).   After the consultation, I will present a price quote based on the details we discussed.
After our consultation, I will create a design incorporating your information.  I will send you a sample to review and ensure the details are correct.  If there are any changes, I will update the information and send an email of the proof reflecting those changes for your final approval.
Printing begins once I receive final approval.  Any changes after printing has been started will incorporate additional charges.  

Invitations:
Process time varies depending on the complexity and quantity of the order, but MAINLY depends on the number of orders I'm currently working on.  Because of this, process time can range from  
2-4 weeks. Invitations are ready to be mailed when you receive them, NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.  Envelope addressing is FREE  of charge, the price of stamps will be added to you invoice.

Programs:
Program information will need to be received at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.  If a final draft is not approved by then, a rush fee will be accessed to your final bill.
Sales Tax
South Carolina residents are subject to 7% sales tax.
Refunds/Cancellations
Due to the personalization of the orders, all sales are final. 
Pickup/Shipping
For local clients, I will set up an appointment to meet with you for pickup.  Final payment is due upon delivery.  For clients outside the area, orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.  Final payment is due prior to shipping.  Please allow 5-7 days for payment to be received and funds to clear.
